These Terms of Service apply when you use the Meticulously Planned website or purchase products from us.
ABOUT METICULOUSLY PLANNED
Meticulously Planned provides guided self-coaching books, planning systems, inserts, educational resources, digital materials and related products.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, prices and imagery are accurate.
Colours, finishes and materials may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, photography and manufacturing variations.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.
ORDERS
When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the products shown in your basket.
We may decline or cancel an order where there is a genuine reason to do so, including:
- payment cannot be authorised
- we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse
- a product is unexpectedly unavailable
- there has been a genuine pricing or listing error
- circumstances outside our reasonable control make fulfilment impossible
Where we cancel an order and you are not at fault, any payment taken for the cancelled item will be refunded. Contract terms should not unfairly give a business an unrestricted right to cancel without proper reason.
PRICING
Prices are displayed in GBP (£).
Where applicable, taxes are included in the displayed price.
Shipping charges are shown separately where applicable before you complete checkout.
DELIVERY

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Your rights to cancel an online order, return goods and receive refunds are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits rights you have under UK consumer law.
DIGITAL CONTENT
Where digital content is supplied immediately, you may be asked to expressly agree to immediate supply and acknowledge that your usual cancellation right may be lost once the download or digital delivery begins.
PERSONAL USE
Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, Meticulously Planned products are supplied for personal use.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, commercially resell or exploit protected Meticulously Planned content without permission.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the website, written materials, planning systems, worksheets, frameworks, graphics, branding, logos, product designs and downloadable resources are owned by or licensed to Meticulously Planned.
Use of our website or purchase of a product does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property.
EDUCATIONAL AND SELF-COACHING CONTENT
Meticulously Planned products provide educational, reflective and organisational support.
They are not a substitute for personalised medical, mental health, financial, legal or other regulated professional advice.
LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
In particular, these Terms do not exclude responsibility for faulty or misdescribed goods or other statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
CHANGES TO THE WEBSITE
We may update products, content, prices and website features from time to time.
Any changes affecting an order already accepted will remain subject to the terms applicable when that order was placed, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from relying on any mandatory rights available to them under applicable consumer law.
