The groundwork is being laid now.
WHY FOUNDATIONS COME FIRST
Stronger conditions, greater capacity
Change rarely happens in isolation. The way you feel physically, the level of stability you experience financially and the environment you move through each day can all influence the capacity you have for everything else.
Foundations is about understanding and strengthening those conditions, not perfecting them. The aim is to create enough stability, awareness and structure for the rest of life to have something stronger to build from.
THE THREE FOUNDATIONS
Three areas. One groundwork.
Health Foundations™
The physical and everyday conditions that influence energy, regulation, resilience and capacity.
EXPLORE
Money Foundations™
The financial patterns, structures and decisions that influence stability, choice and future security.
EXPLORE
Environment Foundations™
The spaces, systems and surroundings that shape how everyday life functions and feels.
EXPLORECONNECTED BY DESIGN
Your foundations do not operate separately.
Health, money and environment sit close together in everyday life. A change in one area rarely stays contained to that area alone — which is why the three Foundations belong together as Tier 1.
01
Health
Health can influence energy, decision-making and the capacity to manage everyday demands.
02
Money
Money can influence security, access, stress and the choices available to you.
03
Environment
Environment can influence regulation, organisation, behaviour and how easily daily routines can be sustained.
The groundwork does not need to be perfect. It needs to be strong enough to support what comes next.
THE WIDER SYSTEM
Foundations is where the collection begins.
Tier 1 is the first of five tiers within the Self Coaching Collection. Each tier explores a different layer of everyday life, building on the ones before it.
