Hardcover Guided Edition

The Hardcover Guided Edition is the main format for the Foundations collection. At 7 x 10 inches, it provides a generous writing area while remaining practical to use at a desk, on a table or as part of a regular self coaching practice. Each edition brings the guided content, self enquiry, Orientation Wheels, exercises, planning tools and review points together in one bound format.

The Hardcover Guided Edition is the shared format across the current Foundations titles: Health Foundations, Money Foundations and Environment Foundations. These are three editions within the same 7 x 10 format, not separate sizes.

The Foundations Modular System is a future format designed for those who prefer a flexible binder based approach. It will allow planning sections and inserts to be organised within a B5 modular binder and adapted as needs change. The system also includes large fold out pages that open into full page working areas for exercises, planning and reflection that benefit from more space.
