Meticulously Planned currently ships to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

We aim to make the ordering and delivery process clear and straightforward.

ORDER PROCESSING

Our books are made to order using Bookvault’s bespoke production service. We aim to dispatch orders within 15 working days. This is an estimate, and production may take longer during busy periods. Delivery time is additional and begins after dispatch.

UK DELIVERY
Delivery rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and the available tracked delivery service.

Orders are printed and fulfilled by our production partner, Bookvault. Delivery times may vary depending on the service selected. Please allow approximately 2–5 working days for UK delivery once your order has been dispatched.

FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OF £80 OR MORE
Orders of £80 or more qualify for free delivery on eligible delivery options. The saving is applied automatically at checkout and no discount code is required.

Free delivery covers delivery options priced at £9.00 or less. Delivery options priced above £9.00 are charged at their full price; the £9.00 is not deducted from them.

For addresses in England and Wales, delivery options priced at £9.00 or less are free on qualifying orders. Higher-priced options, including heavier-parcel and timed delivery services, are charged in full.

For addresses in Scotland and Northern Ireland, tracked delivery options cost more than £9.00 and are charged in full. Any delivery option shown at checkout at £9.00 or less is free on qualifying orders.

The delivery options available to you, and any charges, are confirmed at checkout before you pay.

DELIVERY ADDRESSES

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

Meticulously Planned currently delivers to UK addresses only.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where an order has not yet been dispatched, we will try to update the address, although changes cannot always be guaranteed once fulfilment has begun.

DELIVERY TIMES

Unless a different timeframe has been agreed with you, goods purchased online should generally be delivered within 30 days.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Courier delays, severe weather, seasonal demand and other circumstances outside our immediate control can occasionally affect delivery.

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate.

LOST OR MISSING ORDERS

If tracking shows an unexpected delay or your parcel appears to be missing, please contact us.

Where a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, we will work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution.

DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Please include your order number and, where helpful, photographs of the packaging and affected item.

This helps us investigate the issue with the delivery provider and arrange the appropriate next step.

Your statutory rights are unaffected.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Returns and cancellations are covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

For most online purchases of physical goods, UK consumers can notify a retailer that they wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable exceptions.
