At Meticulously Planned, each collection is created with care and intention. We encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizing information and compatibility details carefully before purchasing.
Returns
We currently accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused physical items in their original condition and packaging.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused and in resellable condition
• Items must be returned in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, damage or alteration.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
• Digital downloads
• Printable products
• Personalised or customised items
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the issue
• A brief description of the problem
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow several working days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
